The StudyStash course-sync plugins add the preconfigured LTI activity to eligible Moodle courses where it is missing. Choose the approach that matches your rollout.

Only selected courses

Opt-in adds StudyStash only to the courses you choose.Upload a CSV of course ID numbers or short names.

All except exclusions

Opt-out adds StudyStash to all eligible courses except those you exclude.Select the excluded courses in the plugin.
These are separate plugins. Ask your Customer Success Manager for the correct ZIP file before installing.

Before you begin

  • Moodle 4.0 or later, with administrator permission moodle/site:config.
  • A configured StudyStash LTI tool.
  • Moodle cron running so queued tasks can complete.
Use Dry Run and review the Logs before starting a live sync. Courses that already contain the configured StudyStash activity are skipped. For a single course, use the manual course setup guide.
