Check instructor assignments

In the Admin Dashboard, check that each instructor is assigned to the student groups they teach. Use the student and instructor import guide if you need to add memberships.
Older dashboards use the label lecturer for instructors. In the course upload flow, the lecturer template’s Module Name connects the instructor to the relevant module. This walkthrough shows that flow:

Confirm the schedule

Agree the insight email schedule with your Customer Success Manager. The timing depends on your pilot and the available class activity; adding an instructor alone does not confirm that a report has been delivered. If an expected report has not arrived, check the instructor’s group assignment and contact support@studystash.com. See what insight emails contain.
