How is ‘average usage’ calculated?
Active usage refers to the average time students actively spent studying on StudyStash over a 10-week period from Week 1 - creating resources such as notes and flashcards, completing practice tests, or using the learning mode across web and mobile.Where do I find this data?
Your Customer Success Manager will regularly send you usage reports, but you can also request them at any point. An example report is shown below.
