# Who can see your study activity?

> Understand shared resources, institutional reporting and where to ask about your data.

Your institution can receive reporting about access and engagement with StudyStash. The information available depends on its configuration and the permissions assigned to staff.

## Institutional reporting

Instructor insight emails provide anonymised summaries of study topics and areas students find difficult. Institutional reporting can also cover account access and engagement. See [insight emails](https://help.studystash.com/educators/insight-emails.md) for examples.

## Resources you share

People with access to a resource you share can view it and make a copy. Check the email invitations and link settings before sharing notes, flashcards, tests or folders. The [sharing guide](https://help.studystash.com/guides/share-resources.md) explains these options.

## Questions about your data

For confirmation of what a particular staff role can see, how your data is used or how wellbeing concerns are handled, contact [support@studystash.com](mailto:support@studystash.com). Include your institution so the team can check the applicable arrangements.

Read [data protection](https://help.studystash.com/privacy/data-protection.md) for links to the institutional agreements and Trust centre.
