# Restore a deleted account

> Contact support to check whether your deleted account can still be restored.

Email [support@studystash.com](mailto:support@studystash.com) to request account restoration as soon as possible to reduce the chance of data loss.

> In line with GDPR and your institution’s data retention policy, your data may already have been permanently deleted. If it has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
