# Roll out StudyStash to multiple Moodle courses

> Choose whether to include selected courses or exclude courses from a wider rollout.

The StudyStash course-sync plugins add the preconfigured LTI activity to eligible Moodle courses where it is missing. Choose the approach that matches your rollout.

These are separate plugins. Ask your Customer Success Manager for the correct ZIP file before installing.

## Before you begin

* Moodle 4.0 or later, with administrator permission `moodle/site:config`.
* A [configured StudyStash LTI tool](https://help.studystash.com/integrations/moodle.md).
* Moodle cron running so queued tasks can complete.

Use **Dry Run** and review the **Logs** before starting a live sync. Courses that already contain the configured StudyStash activity are skipped.

For a single course, use the [manual course setup guide](https://help.studystash.com/educators/enable-in-moodle.md).
