# Use third-party course content

> Check provider permissions and discuss your institution’s content setup.

> [!TIP]
>
> Yes - StudyStash can work with third-party content, as long as your contract with the provider permits it.

We already integrate with several e-textbook and e-portfolio tools, but for anything beyond standard uploads, we’d need to understand your institute's specific setup. If there’s content you don’t want students to upload, such as material from a restricted textbook, we can blacklist it to prevent access.
