# Set student reminder dates

> You can set reminders for yourself to re-invite students at certain points through the year.

This is typically just before a reading or revision week. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will manage your reminders and ensure they help you keep students and instructors engaged throughout the year.

> Reminding students to use StudyStash during reading weeks, revision weeks, and the main revision period can significantly boost engagement and help support them during stressful times.

## 1. Open the Admin Dashboard

Sign in to your **Admin Dashboard**

## 2. Add your key dates

> Creating reminders doesn’t notify students, instructors or other admins - it’s just for you!

On the top right, click **Add Key Dates** then add your institution’s dates for:

* **Reading week**

* **Revision week**

* **Exam period**

## 3. Arrange the follow-up

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will manage your reminders and be in touch when the time comes around!
